"The Demopolis City Schools Foundation is designed to foster and promote excellence within the Demopolis public school system by providing the resources needed to effectively influence the success of all its students."

The Foundation's primary focus is to award grants to educators in the school system to help them reach and teach their students. With the grants to be awarded this September, the Foundation will have put $706,500 into Demopolis classrooms since its start in 1993.
